the shop was closed the time/day of my appointment. but they got me back in, gave me a discount and got my cracked rim fixed in under 45 minutes. pretty impressive honestly. even with that hiccup i’ll still give 5 stars and be back again.

They were at one time a very tentative tire shop. We used to used them for our Insurance clients and you could call and speak to someone in real time to get tire sizes and information by phone, (by the way, this is how 90% of the tire shops in the city function.) But unfortunately, now you have to make an appointment to get tire sizes and service. We had the opportunity to speak directly to the owner after they called back a few hours later about an insurance client that we called them for to check for tire availability. The owner explained that they’re shorthanded. It’s unfortunate that the owner was passé about losing business with another business in the community. It really didn’t concern her that much at all and it was simply stated that “we are shorthanded and this is how we work and do you have any other questions?” And I was asked that repeatedly after every question, and sometimes in the middle of speaking as well. As a small business, it means everything to have reliable partners—and Jade Tire has always been there when we need them. Their service is fast, dependable, and priced fairly every single time. We truly appreciate their consistency and the way they look out for other local businesses. Highly recommend them to anyone needing quality tire service at a great price. Thank you for always taking care of us!

One of my tires was leaking, and I wasn’t sure whether it could be repaired or if I’d need a used replacement since I’m planning to trade my car in soon. I called around to a few places, and Jade Tire Shop & Wheel Repair was my first call. Their voicemail suggested texting, and before I could even send a message, they called me right back. Mary was incredibly helpful, gave me clear pricing, and let me know they were currently accepting cash only. I spoke with two other shops near my job, but I chose to go to Jade’s on my lunch break — and I’m so glad I did. I was greeted by both Mary and Jonathan, who were friendly, efficient, and quick to help. I explained the issue with my tire, and Jonathan went over my options. He suggested taking the tire off first to see if it could be repaired since it still looked to be in good shape, rather than going straight to buying a used tire. Mary and Jonathan worked together to fix my tire quickly, and the price was extremely reasonable. Their customer service was truly refreshing — superb from start to finish. Jade Tire Shop & Wheel Repair is a wonderful local small business with excellent service and fair prices. I highly recommend them to anyo
